It looks like the deities are having a bit too much fun with this... "holiday cheer". But honestly, I think they're getting a bit ahead of themselves.

[A pause, as Break moves to pluck a piece of candy from his new candy bowl. ... A very snowglobe-esque looking new candy bowl, made in to a receptacle by a hole smashed in to the top, contents removed.]

I'm not trying to say I'm angry at being mocked by such things, but.

[The doll on his shoulder quivers.]

Except he really is! Who do they think they are, huh?

Haha- Emily. Don't take words out of my mouth! It's not like I was trying to say it was rude of them to try and trick us in to thinking of home, or rub it in, or some such!

Honestly, the nerve of some people.

You can't help the things others do.. Especially not the deities. Just have to get used to it, I guess.

[ and yes, he did notice that hole in your snowglobe. he may not know you, but it does terrify him a little. ]

And if I don't wish to become accustomed to it?

Then I suppose that it can't be helped, but surely you'd be very unhappy?

It's not surprising people would be unhappy here!
